I spoke to you previously about the wonderful customer care we received from Lisa Turcott. Her professionalism and responsiveness to our questions and needs was outstanding. Had it not been for our experience with her, I am sure we would not have signed a deal so quickly. While we did receive some disappointing news about the initial trade-in value for our boat, Lisa and Yves were open to our questions and Yves explained the issues that impacted the trade-in value to our satisfaction.
We are certainly not mechanical, but were able to understand the issue that reduced our initial trade-in value.
As far as the process for purchasing a new boat, both Stan and I chuckled when we were told there was an orientation as this is our fourth boat, however, never before had we had the features of a boat, and preventative maintenance explained and bow to stern review conducted. It was certainly worthwhile.
George was also wonderful and a great source of information. His presentation and demeanor was warm, friendly and professional. We really felt that we had received any information that we might need now or in the future.
Jodi was also very helpful on the telephone when I contacted her to add accessories we decided on after the purchase.
We have decided to return to your location for servicing to ensure the motor is checked thoroughly and any issues addressed immediately.
I just wanted to email you to congratulate you on your team. I worked as a senior manager in health care for many years and I know how important personalized service and customer care can be to the success of an organization. While I am certain the boat we purchased is far from the most expensive boat that you sell, your staff made us feel like the sale was important to them and the organization.
